I have over 21years of telecom industry experience. My experience includes field service engineering, applications development and most recently Voice/Data Integrated Solutions engineering. Throughout My career, I have continued to broaden my technological capabilities in addition to accepting ever-increasing management roles.

I own Manufacturer's certifications in: eci C,S Class IVX Systems Coral Systems Installation & Maintenance, Advanced Coral Systems Programming, Coral ISDN Networking, Coral Message Center messaging systems; Coral Air wireless technology; Coral Call Master ACD Reporting.

Avaya ACANC, ACSCI, and Telephone Industry Association Convergence Telephony Professional in addition, the Multimedia Telecommunications Association (MMTA) has certified me in multimedia communications technologies.
